What Are You Responsible For?
A is for action. Explain exactly what steps you took to achieve your task. The tea part of a star response can also sometimes trip people up, especially if they work as part of a team. It's really things like recommendation letters and interviews that are going to give the amissions committee a better sense of whether or not you're a team player.
