The Importance of Young People in Youth Radio
I've always had a theory that a youth broadcaster should be represented by lots of young people. And for a youth radio station, young wasn't necessarily something that they were doing breakfast. So I actually at the time was very excited about the fact that they had decided to absolutely invest in. They got another dairy farmer in. It's very privileged for me to be able to make these sort of decisions around what I do. But I was very determined that I would leave before I turned 30. That was my big rule.
