Nico: I think the best thing we can do leaving this conversation is ask some corps questions, specifica. Not just who they are, but like, what are our customers o what aror potential customers? What do they want? What's the jobs to be done? What's in the way? Right? We start there, and then we can always be improving on tools and that sort of stuf. But i'm leaving with, i need to talk to customers. I need to go deeper than i typically would go, which means maybe a little bit of extra work, but it's worth the time to put in.
