Hemingway's Attitude in World War Two

Hemingway in fact helped patrol around Cuba and the shipping lanes he gathered what he called his hooligan navy. The united states government supplied him with weaponry and communications during a time of strict rations. Hemingway's half-assed plan was to lure a u-boat to the surface pretend to surrender then they would start shocking hand grenades like LeBron sinking trees into an open manhole.
