Do Not Bring the Phone Into the Bedroom at Night

One strategy that iv found has helped a lot of my patients is to simply not bring the phone into the bedroom at night. The blue spectrum light on our phone screens right before bed can suppress our militonin and disrupt our circatian rhythm. And then the fact that the phone doesn't have a natural stopping point, and we scrowl endlessly, ah, it keeps us up inappropriately late.
