Are We All Equal?

In an environment were like we cugate everybody here equally, that's not the right way to build a company. If i have somebody that has more expertise, paying bigger price, who knows the culture, that person's going to have an upperhand over somebody that does not. In areas of leadership, this person is not going to be treated the same as this person. This person 's going to get more recognition in areas of experts, in areas of te experience the bring to the industry they went. The only place that we can be equal in is what work ethic. That's the only level playing field. Not expertise, not data base, not market, not skill set.
