How to Design Objects That Overlap in Purpose
If you're object, if you have objects that seem to overlap in purpose, ask one of my favorite questions. Are these the same thing or are these different things? So simple, but just amazing how we start designing screens without getting clear on this. Like email in a newsletter or saved response in a template. If they're not the same thing, then we need to talk about how they're different. Sometimes actually creating definitions helps here and starting a glossary is a great thing to do.
