In Singapore, it's public home ownership so essentially you have a public developer who operates and sells you an equivalent apartment or townhouse. In New South Wales, they're proposing to put $20 billion into some kind of investment fund and use their interest to pay for public housing. The labor policy that they proposed, I think, is a bit weird. It seems like when you say it, you're like, oh yeah, it seems like a good idea. But the problem, of course, is this. Where did the $20 billion come from the social housing fund? If you have $20 billion, spend it on the housing, build houses with them. And regardless, public housing
