Before you perform, move your body out of stress. The brain has no plasticity, and it can repair itself. We have these involuntary reactions that happen as we get more and more stressed. And if you don't deal with it, or dealing ith it, it's through working out, or through an activity, or through sex, or through whatever it is, eventually you're going to pay a price.
