If you're about to lay blame on some one for something, don't do it. So what is another way to approach that so that you don't go down that trap? I'll give a real, live example. My producer organized an incredible leader in london and booked the studio. The calendar invite never made it on to the leaders calendar through their executive assistant. Now that is my producer's responsibility. Even if the executive assistant ever responded to my producer, it still falls on his shoulders to get it right. And when we position it in this way, my producer has now the ability to be accountable.
