We even explore applying the four core virtues of stoicism - wisdom, courage, moderation, and justice - in designing environments appropriate for all ages and abilities, such as protected bike lanes, separated multi-use side paths, and raised crossings.

We also discuss the need for traffic-calmed streets and bringing motor vehicle speeds down to non-lethal levels.
