The Benefits of Low Glucose Training for Endurance Performance

If your goals increasing endurance performance uh you do not want to be training faster than using these compounds for a good chunk of your training. Any logical training program improvement during performance is going to have high intensity and even moderate intensity workout sessions and those demand glucose. Don't do this during the parts of your training where you're going to be at intensity above 70% of the OG max because that's when you'll require glucose if you want to push yourself.
