We raised $40 million put in another five or six of our own cash, bought $100 million of the storage. I mean, right now with today's revenue and operating income and the old cap rates, 180 $190 million. More realistically, if we had to sell right now, 140 $150 million. But yeah, it's been three, four, three four X on the equity capital that you guys were able to raise. And so when you look at this business, why not go into other markets? It's just a focus thing.
