In 1971, police raided an apartment in Silver Spring, Maryland. The owner was a press operator for the Washington Post. A witness said he had seen Kenyon Boulou playing with grenades in his backyard. ATF special agent William Seals knocked on Boulou's door and heard movement inside. He shouted 'Federal officers with a search warrant, open up' There was no response so they entered via laundry room dressed as hippies.
