How to Handle Emotions

I always relate well to the characters who have uh No emotions and do their job well. One of my favorite characters in deep space and i was odo because he just felt like he was a security officer He was a shapeshifter and kind of like a weirdo But he always seemed to get the job done and like handle himself. I Learning about the spectrum of human emotion Whenever I like learn about how to like handle like a toddler's big feelings. It works for adults too They can validate their feelings Justin's like ill And I'm like, you know what doesn't work is immediately trying to solve the problem that they're emotional about or telling them that there's nothing to think about it
