The Supreme Court's View on Carrying a Gun

The case involves a man who was subject to a domestic violence restraining order after he threatened his partner with a weapon. He challenges, and he was then convicted for carrying a gun despite the restraining order being issued against him in his position. The federal court of appeals said essentially there were no laws like this in 1868. It will be interesting to see how many of the justices who joined the opinion in brewing peel off when it comes to felons in possession or domestic Violence restraining order folks in possession.
