The Role of Technology in the Death Penalty
In 1980, the court tried to define in a rarest of rare and it provided for a two step process for when the death penalty can be given. The biggest problem which happens is that what is an aggravating factor, what is a mitigating factor is not entirely clear or weightage should be given to individual factors. So there is, they tried to define it but it is consistently we found evidence through a research that it is not working out. I also wanted to hear from you, is there any possibility of technological advances making the execution absolutely painless, instantaneous with zero chance of watching of execution? And I would think the answer is no.
