Is the White House Presuming That It's Not Holding the International Coalition Together?

The US pushed for a big UN vote this week, the condemning Russia's annexation of these foreign Ukrainian territories. And they got 143 members of this 193 member body to support the resolution. This is even a little bit more than what they had back in March condemning Russia's invasion of Ukraine. That seems to indicate that they have maintained and even gained a little bit of diplomatic ground.
