What Does Customer Success Mean?

When she first started her career in education was thinking about instructional design and customer success wasn't really on my mind. After meeting with Christy Faltruso who's one of the customer success leaders I realized that maybe that wasn't really the avenue I wanted to go. So then I kind of changed my focus and then I just kind of honed in on customer success specifically. She says most people hold back because they're afraid of failure but keeping a mindset is what ultimately helps you move forward.
