Is There a Shift in the Economics Within Client Service?

There's an opportunity for sales and producers to work within themselves as a peer group. The firms that produce our culture, the lack of awareness that they sell expertise and need people is creating some of these issues. So I think there, there's some of that in terms of bringing people on board. And the other thing would be accepting that the next generation does not want to be an account assistant for two years before they become an account rep before any year.
