Do Doctors Really Listen to Patients?
i find it an immense privilege to have time to listen to me. I think that's one of the key ingredients, isn't it? So throughout the pandemic, i've sat in my living room and this is what i've been doing. And clearly that's not what doctors have been doing at the same time. Some of these interviews, er, were three hours long. Some of them were two hours long. Most of them were longer than two hours, actually.
