The first few times i did get on sales calls, i did have them pulled up next to me just to be sure that i was hitting certain questions that i wanted to hit. As you practise and go through the process and have more calls, you get used to the form out of how you want to set your calls up. Not every conversation is going to be as structured as the other. So just kind of being open to asking new questions and trying to understand really deeply who your potential client is - if it's a good fit.
