The Effects of Light on Sleep

There are no light switches in here, so I'm completely dependent on Tracy or other scientists to decide what light you're being exposed to. Our body has this internally driven rhythm that isn't generated by those external time cues. And so that is why we tend to get later. The contrast between night and simulated day is huge. Mmm, that was fun. It gets so dark. But it wasn't as unnerving as it could be.
