Amiodarone is a Class 3 antiarithmic and obviously we're all experts on the VORM Williams classification. It just kind of makes me wonder actually there could be some pretty good utility in trying certainly a valsalva manoeuvre or modified valsalVA manoeuvre in these patients with the broad complex tachycardias. And another bonus it also prevents the wrong diagnosis of VT being made. So definitely something I think I would want to have a go at. Yeah we don't often write it as that on the drug chart but probably sensible.
