Introduction
We're constantly told that the political problems in the world are supposedly the product of a conflict between democracy and authoritarianism. This is basically the geopolitical equivalent of the culture war strategy where neoliberal politicians try to distract from the economic causes for political problems, he says. Of course this framing serves Western corporations and Western imperialist governments who want to exploit all of the world's natural resources and labor - they go back thousands of years. So what I'm saying is that the root of these political problems is of course economics.
