Is White Pepper Better Than Black Pepper Corn?

White pepper corn has the outer layer removed and then it's dried. Black pepper corn still has the husk on it. Asian cultures really use white pepper a lot in Chinese cooking. For subtlety and aroma, I would go with white pepper for vegetables. There's no hard and fast rule. It's really a matter of preference.
