Ned Fealy's book Beastmaking has had a really strong impact on my approach these days. I've been doing just three really short kind of max hang oriented finger strength workouts a week. And I might add some hang boarding to every single one of those sessions. So maybe four days a week, but they're really short, 20 minutes,. One day is focusing on a half current position, one day is focus on three finger open and trying to work my way down on edge size.
