Dave grays: I don't think, i hope that coal calling isn't the primary vehicle of custom acquisition. But i need a back up plan if the imbound leads goe sideways. In the early days, we specialized in coal colentine, which is also, i think, rarely done and i think was critical. It's very hard to operationalize an account executive to call those correctly. And like 40% of our revenue came from a partner channel - so it all kind of worked nicely.
