The Unusual Experience of a Headless Horseman
Tim Burgess off of The Chaletons is a social psychologist. His parents saw a headless horseman while driving home in Northwich, Cheshire. He wrote a song called Different Days and used the line in the song. It's an unusual experience because normally when people report ghosts, they're actually not seeing something like that.
