Is There a Way to Maximize Your Meetings?

Ikea is growing so fast, you're doing tons of projects. Is there a way and process established to like say what we should focus on and when we should let go of things? I think the keyword is transparency. We have all hands meetings, we talk about everything that's happening. Every Thursday, we have a 30 minute call with product management.
