Is There a Point of Prioritization in Supermomma?

The whole point of prioritization is so that if you don't finish everything, you got to the most important stuff first. People start supermomma and they only have like 10 topics in their outstanding queue. And at that point, it doesn't make sense to even have prioritization. If you got through everything, you wouldn't need prioritization. You would just go through everything every day.
