The History of the B B C Throughout the Third World War
The B, b c was set up in such a way it's got arm's length from government. But i think the people who set it up realistically wanted it to be independent of government. What we're seeing is not kind of hard power, you must say, this coming from sort of government or whatever. We need some kind of process that led to something like the b b c to happen with teplo platforms.
