It's not escapeism, because sickness in the body, it has to be treated. In peace of mind can be treated. Consciousness does not want anything, does not need anything. Thereis hunger. Does consciousness need a cookie? How ridiculous to say that. And yes, give it food, give it water. One object needs another object. Give that object to this object. Doesn't matter.
