You take your own inventory every couple of weeks, how am i feeling about this? How's it doing? What i did with this new book, mastering recovery, which is, i said, i'm only not going more than 15 % of the book is about first two years. And in that practice, as you develop awareness of yourself and those around you, you develop a sense of meaning and purpose.
