Is There a Dogma?

I used to run five to 10 miles and that was the game changer. If you have interest in losing your muscle, you can run 10 miles a day. But resistance work is the thing that's critical. I still believe that for athletes, a tablespoon of honey, like super active athletes, don't think it's horrible. It's just they have it really depends.
