How to Focus Yourself During Filming
For video, you want to have your camera on a fixed focus, manual focus. If you move your hand behind your head or in front of your head, then the camera can automatically focus on something that's not your face during filming. So it's much better to focus it perfectly and then just have it set. For me, the audio is done through a sure SM seven B dynamic mic.
