The Role of Family History in Schizophrenia
An individual with paranoid personality disorder may experience a very brief, truly psychotic episode that can last from a few minutes to hours. They're at an increased risk for agoraphobia and obsessive-depulsive disorder. Alcohol and substance abuse is very common among this population. The most common one is narcissistic and borderline.
