When i started learning single egx, i really struggled with it at first. The solution for me was to straighten my spine. And you basically use my spine as what rob burnak would call a spine frame. Ifi if i straighten and elongate myself, then my hip and my spine are acting like a frame, and they cannot squat down on top of me. I don't think tere's a necessary conflict or ye.
