In Appalachia, there are any number of people who are taking it upon themselves to monitor this cleanup. Junior Walk grew up in the heart of Cole Country along the Cole River. He now works for an organization called Cole River Mountain Watch. One of his most effective ways he has for doing that is flying a drone.
