i work with inside tracker, and i've been emaling them a lot. One of the recommendations that has to do with one of their bio markers is h d l. Maybe it actually says to sleep less? So i went and looked at all the studies they were basing that off of. And so what's interesting is, like, too much sleep in general, so like sleeping more than is eight or nine hours can be correlated to health issues.
