Do You Know What a Reilter Is?
What i am describing is generally referred to as an external recruiter. This is an independent party who does not work for your potential future employer. Their path in life is to make agreements with companies, usually a couple at a time and they get this commission when they bring that company the candidate. They're incentivis to make that transaction happen. But put yourself in that agent's roll. The minute you say yes, they get paid. If you hold out for more money and the deal goes south, or the mpany finds an alternative candidate, they don't get paid. There's no incentive to do that. And my recommendation is that the most you consider about better is better opportunity to
