The Lean Business Model

I was trying to scale my business by outsourcing everything. And so I found somebody that was really good and worked with her for three years. It was a great relationship. But then we started hiring writers under her and it got really big. And unfortunately I kind of spent too much money, went into debt. So all of these stories sort of like got me to where I am now.
