The Government and the Private Sector Should Be Closely Alone

i don't think there's an unwillingness to solve the problems, or spend resources to solve the Problems. A lot of money is being spent, just not necessarily well focused. The most vulnerable industries and companies are not hard to define. And my judgment, were not with government programs or government punishment. But rather a standard approach for security certification that could serve as a common tool for a company to assert its compliance.
