There are 9,500 sites whose raison d'etre is intimate image abuse. 98% of all the folks on these 9,500 websites are women and LGBTQ individuals. Victims can't sue the website operator if they sue them. They are being treated as a publisher or speaker of content provided by someone else. So I think it's worth talking about a specific case just to give you a sense of what some of these sites do.
