The Initial Steps of Treating Insomnia
There wasn't a lot of insomnia before the 1960s because TVs would turn off at night. Patients that think they need to sleep 12 hours, push your bedtime back by one hour. If you're not asleep in 30 minutes, get out of the bed and watch TV when you start feeling tired.
