Investing in a Warehouse
My first ever commercial purchase was an owner occupied warehouse for my logistics in commerce business. And I pinched every single penny I had for the down payment. So I wasn't really a real estate investor back then, it was more for the need of my business. When they send me their broker opinion of value, man, I was shocked. He bought this property for $810,000 plus some renovation cost. Here I'm looking at a $7.5 million valuation for my building. Nice.
