i think it's important to remove the triggers foods and sensitities as well right. A healthy food can actually be a food sensitivity from an IgG perspective now you can test this while at home again with food sensitivity tests. I've seen gluten to be highly inflammatory to the gut um so i think removing the trigger is the foods that you might be reacting to but also  the inflammatory foods the gluten the processed foods the refined sugar. And then i think balancing blood sugar is very important as well because again if you have your blood sugar going up and down up and down the spike in blood sugar leading to a hypoglycemia drop can also affect anxiety.
