Opa wants to stay with naomi, but er naomi's going no go home. But ruth decides that no, she is going to stay withNaomi. And it's this decision that brings us to the verse. Ie 16: entreat me not to leave thee naomi, or return from following after thee. For whither thou goest, i will go and where thou lodgest, i will lodge. Thy people shall be my people, and thy god my god.
