Servo is a modular engine. It exists as an independent crate in its own repository. And there's a bunch of different crates that rely on it to do like higher level functionality, scraping websites or whatever. We were able to read through a lot of these specifications and say, okay, this doesn't actually make sense from the perspective of someone who doesn't already have an engine. The server team was part of that effort. We did a lot of work to take underspecified parts. But I don't know in reality, there's really a difference.
