Pay in thirds cards are 'pernicious' and should be avoided at all costs. The terms of every single card are completely different, so there's no value to the customer with this programme. Some store cards have just these unbelievably complicated terms. You're lucky as the customer if you get through it without having to pay more fees or messing it up.
